Amplifying Black Women's Voices: A Revolution of Ideas with E.r. Spaulding is a thought-provoking podcast exploring the systematic silencing of Black women throughout history. In this series, Spaulding challenges the ingrained bias, systemic oppression and lack of representation that Black women continue to face in many sectors, even within Black organizations. This podcast embarks on a journey to revolutionize the way we see leadership and power, with a call to action for better representation of Black women's voices.
